Spyware infection

Spyware infection: easily contracted and it can ruin your PC. It disables programs like your antivirus, system restore, and mrt. It can also disable browsers like firefox and chrome. So how do you get rid of it? Call up Best Buy and they'll tell you to bring it in and they'll fix it. Why pay when this can be removed for free? Luckily, Internet Explorer works. I recently killed this infection with a free program known as "Spybot-Search & Destroy". It's an excellent tool and it works great. When you are running the program go to the left column and click "Search & Destroy" and click "Check for problems". This can take a while, but when it is finished you just need to click the completion button. I believe it is "fix selected problems". It removes the problems, run it again to make sure they are all gone. For extra security I ran my antivirus and mrt again and they both showed that the computer was healthy.
